Are the objects really handmade?

Yes, all jewellery is entirely handmade using the artisanal technique of lost-wax casting. Each piece is unique and carefully created in the Milan workshops, without using any industrial processes.

Who is the artist behind these creations?

Natsuko Toyofuku is a Japanese artist based in Milan. Her inspiration comes from art, nature and minimalist design, combining Japanese influences with traditional Italian craftsmanship. Each piece of jewellery tells a unique story.

Are the colours of the jewellery as seen on the website realistic?

The colours of the jewellery in the photos may vary slightly from reality due to the monitor settings or the light used in the pictures. All jewellery is made of bronze or 925 silver.

What materials are used to make the jewellery?

The jewellery is made of bronze and 925 sterling silver, materials chosen for their versatility and beauty. The earrings include components made of 9kt gold or 925 sterling silver.

Are the stones and pearls genuine?

Yes, we only use natural stones such as quartz, aquamarine and tourmaline, as well as Japanese Akoya pearls, renowned for their lustre and perfection. Each stone and pearl is unique, making each piece of jewellery a one-off.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can update your address during checkout or in the ‘My Account’ area if you have already registered. However, it is not possible to change the address of an order that is already being processed.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL. Shipping costs and times are calculated during checkout based on the destination.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is undamaged and unused. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. You can find details in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB), PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, and Klarna for interest-free payments in three instalments.

Is the jewellery safe for people with allergies?

Yes, all of the jewellery is nickel-free and not treated with chemicals. It is also safe for sensitive skin.

Can I request an invoice?

You will receive a payment receipt together with the order confirmation email. You can request a PDF invoice or, if you have an Italian VAT number, an electronic invoice via SDI, by contacting us at shop@natsukotoyofuku.com.

I have received a defective product, what can I do?

Natsuko Toyofuku offers a free guarantee on any product with defects or damage resulting from the manufacturing process, valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. However, the guarantee does not cover damage caused by repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised third parties. Furthermore, damage due to natural wear and tear, misuse or oxidation is not covered. In the event of loss or theft, the item will not be replaced. In order to make use of the guarantee, you must keep your purchase receipt, which serves as proof of original purchase.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at shop@natsukotoyofuku.com to obtain a replacement or refund. 
The product must be returned in the state in which it was received, complete with all components (accessories, packaging, etc.).
